How the Referral Program Works

Four simple steps from referral to reward

Get Your Referral Link
Login to your provider dashboard → go to Refer & Earn. Copy your unique referral link or share directly via WhatsApp, Email, Facebook, or Telegram.
Your link expires 30 days after the new provider registers (not when shared).
New Provider Registers
Your colleague clicks your link and signs up as a service provider. A referral record is created automatically — linked to your account.
The -day countdown starts from their registration date.
They Subscribe to a Qualifying Plan
The new provider must subscribe to a qualifying plan (6-Month Plan, 1-Year Plan, 1-Year Auto-Renew) within 30 days of registering.
Monthly or trial plans do not trigger the referral reward.
You Both Get Wallet Credits
Immediately after their subscription is verified, wallet credits are added to both accounts automatically.
Credits can pay the full cost of a 6-Month or 1-Year subscription plan, or be applied toward listing boost packages.

  • Referee subscribes after 30 days from registration — referral expired, no reward.
  • Self-referral — you cannot use your own referral link.
  • Providers who were already registered — only new registrations count.
  • Referral rewards cannot be converted to cash — wallet credits only.

Can I refer as many providers as I want?
Yes! There is no cap on the number of providers you can refer. The more you refer, the more you earn — plus milestone bonuses at 5 and 10 referrals per 3-month window.

When exactly is my wallet credited?
Credits are added automatically within minutes of the referred provider's subscription payment being verified. You'll receive a notification.

What if the referred provider gets a refund on their subscription?
If the referred provider's subscription is refunded or cancelled, the referral reward may be reversed from your wallet. Completed subscriptions are final.

Can I track who I referred and their subscription status?
Yes — visit your provider dashboard → Refer & Earn. You'll see each referral's status: Awaiting subscription, Subscribed, Credited, or Expired.

Can I use wallet credits to pay for subscriptions?
Absolutely. Wallet credits are accepted for all subscription plan payments. They're credited instantly and deducted automatically at checkout.

What happens if I refer someone who doesn't subscribe within 30 days?
The referral expires automatically. The other provider can still use ServEasy, but no reward is credited. Encourage them to subscribe early!

Can wallet credits be used to pay the booking advance?
No. Wallet credits (earned from referrals or milestones) can only be used for subscription plan payments and listing boosts — not for booking advance payments. Booking advances require a direct payment via Razorpay, UPI, or Cash.

If a customer cancels a booking, does the refund go to my referral wallet?
No. Booking advance refunds always go back via the original payment method — back to the customer's card/bank (Razorpay), to their UPI ID (UPI payments), or as cash at office. Refunds are completely separate from the referral wallet system.
